We would like to start by saying how lucky we are to have such amazing and supportive patients—each one of you makes coming to work fun and enjoyable! Thank you! We have always been a big supporter of our community in many ways, through sponsorships, donations, service and much more. The one area which we have found to be most difficult, however, has been access to orthodontic care for all members of our community. We firmly believe that everyone deserves a fantastic smile; our goal is ensure that any person in the community has access to the care they want and deserve.
After much deliberation on how to achieve this, we have arrived at the conclusion that the cost of orthodontic treatment is prohibitive to countless people. As a result, in the near future you will see that we are changing our fee structure to allow for increased access to care. As we have grown, we have started to gain access to significant discounts on orthodontic supplies and technology, we would like to pass these savings along to our community. The reduction in our costs on our same high-quality supplies begins August 18, 2020, which will coincide with our fee change.
In addition, given the uncertain and difficult times many members of our community are facing due to COVID-19, we are even more confident this change will benefit our community and that this is the appropriate time to make these changes. This is something we have contemplated but have been unable implement until now. The quality of care, quality of staff, and quality of the experience will not change, we can assure this. We are extremely excited that we have figured out how to provide exceptional care at an exceptional price, which was previously thought not possible!
